We will evaluate on a case by case basis the opportunity for a refund in the form of credit such as an additional pass of equal value for free. If you are dissatisfied with any of the services provided by “Plays That Pay LLC”, you may request a credit and your case will be evaluated. There is no guarantee that a refund in the form of credit will be awarded.
